From the accountant to our world-class Charisma Instructors---EVERY single member of the Complete Charisma staff MUST first know and understand everything we do—from top to bottom.  That means that EVERYONE must first complete a full internship BEFORE consideration for any position within the expanding Complete Charisma business network.  While there are some exceptions, the MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS for any Complete Charisma internship include:

  Personal Recommendation From Complete Charisma Instructor (that means you must contact Complete Charisma instructors via e-mail and tell them precisely why YOU deserve to be a Complete Charisma intern)

  At least 18 Years of Age

  Be Able to Pass Complete Charisma Personality Test

  Computer Literacy (basic e-mail, Office platforms including Word, Excel, etc)

  Bi-Lingual:  We don’t care if you speak English and Swahili—the bi-lingual mind is better prepared and suited for mastery of the psychological “g-spot” so all bi-lingual applicants receive preferred status when reviewing applications.

  Educational Background in:  Psychology; Linguistics; Sociology, Marketing, or any of the Life Sciences including Chemistry:  Hey, we don’t ask this of our clients but our staff and instructors are held to higher standards where a background in any of the disciplines listed above will GREATLY help you teach and help our students!
